Below are Stonecroft Ministries' documents showing that they
specifically train their Speakers to emphasize "needs"
during their testimony rather than emphasize specific "sins". 
 
The doctrine of "Needs" is a theory developed humanistic Psychologist, Abraham Maslow.  This is not Biblical.  Read more about "Maslow's hierarchy of needs". 
Here is Page 2 of Stonecroft's brochure titled "SPEAKING FOR STONECROFT MINISTRIES".
See Section 2 "Establish the need in your life".
See Section 3 "ILLUSTRATE what God is doing in your life".  Note the emphasis on "needs".

See the last paragraph stating how Speakers are required to adhere to a set of guidelines which asks them to explain the felt needs in their lives.
